I have been using Same Day Auto Service for the past 14 years. I cannot say enough good words to express how pleased and impressed I am with every aspect of this auto repair shop. They have delivered perfect results every single time on three different vehicles through the years. Whether my need was an oil change, a tune up, a brake job or a mystery problem (like a renegade anti-theft device that would't let me start the car) they have resolved the problem and filled the need. The shop is clean and orderly. You get the sense that these people are going to do it right and that they care--and that has been my experience. Every staff member has been kind, professional, and efficient when I have been there. The waiting room is the most comfortable I've ever experienced in an auto repair business. They are serious about not wasting your time and they get your car in and out in a timely manner. They are honest and realistic. But, If they do need your car longer they have always helped find alternative transportation...(at one time they had rental cars for $15.00 a day) but lately I see that they have a transport vehicle to give you a lift)--the point is that I have never felt so considered and respected by an auto repair shop and I know my 2005 Toyota Corolla will make it into the 200 thousand mile club because they have taken good care to make sure it will. I trust these people and have referred everyone I know to them. They deserve your business.

I've been a loyal customer since the 90s. I have had such a good experience that anytime anyone asks...and sometimes when they don't...I recommend Same Day Auto as THE go-to place for all Japanese autos. They are honest and considerate and I wouldn't dream of taking my vehicle to anyone else!

We don't have a Michael Jose in our customer database, so the last review is very suspect. We never require a customer to pay for tests and we don't charge $90 for a diagnosis. We are always happy to replace any part our customers requests us to replace with or without testing. We are here to serve our customer! We did in fact replace a part a year ago at our customer's request, because they "knew what was wrong". After replacing the part, our customer still had the same problem. Since it was an electrical part, it was non-returnable and our customer wasted over $500. We then performed the necessary tests to find the real problem and fixed the car for a lot less. It's ALWAYS our customer's choice as to whether or not they want to pay for us to perform the necessary tests to verify what's really wrong with their vehicle. We will never force our customers to pay for any service or repair against their wishes. This is why we've had an A+ BBB rating for over 20 years. Robin Reilly co-owner

I have had immense trouble looking for a reliable place to get my car repaired. From everything i have heard about these people, I don't think it really makes sense to go anywhere else if i am looking for a fair deal, that gets done quickly.

I have been taking my 1994 Honda Accord to Same Day for many years now and I am always pleased with the service - they understand that I care about the performance of my car and I want to keep it in good running order. They let me know when maintenance needs to be done and work with me as far as the timing to get it done. I very much appreciate the integrity of this organization. I will continue to take my business here.
